I offer flexible, personalized sessions for all your questions, designed to meet you exactly where you are. Find clarity, practical strategies, and encouragement for whatever stage you’re in.

These individualized sessions are perfect for families who:

• Have specific questions or concerns and need expert guidance

• Are preparing for birth and want to talk through their plan

• Need postpartum advice on sleep, recovery, feeding, or newborn care

• Want a space to process their birth experience with someone who understands

• Are navigating parenting decisions and need a sounding board

Whether you’re expecting your first baby or your fourth, these sessions are here to support you.

What's Included:

• 60-minute virtual call or in-person meeting (location dependent)

• Personalized follow-up email including notes, resources, and suggested next steps

Investment:

• Individual consultation: $150 per “Ask a Doula” consultation

• Package of consultations: $500 for four “Ask a Doula” consultations throughout your pregnancy and postpartum experience

• Optional add-on: $50 for one week of text/email support following your consultation
